You will be able to taste a fine selection of Umbrian and Italian wines from our cellar. Furthermore, we have an interesting selection of local artisanal beers that are to die for, amongst with Birra Perugia which has been awarded Beer of the Year in 2016.


Our I Girasoli Restaurant offers typical cuisine from Perugia and Umbria. We have recently renovated the menu in collaboration with the world famous University of Flavors here in Perugia.

We have a 30 year expertise in cooking flavorsome traditional Umbrian dishes, and we have recently renovated our menu in collaboration with the well-know Università dei Sapori di Perugia where many world-class chefs have learned how to master the art of Italian Cuisine. We have been officially certified by the Italian Association of Coeliac Disease to serve gluten-free meals both at the restaurant and at Breakfast.
