The Hotel’s restaurant “The sunflowers” has been active for more than 25 and celebrates Umbria’s authentic flavors. Our regional cuisine is genuine being characterized as it is by quick and simple food-processings that still manage to skillfully enhance all ingredients and flavors. Umbrian cuisine and its gastronomy find their roots in the farming tradition, its slow pace and bright local colors, among which the vivid yellow of sunflowers.
For this reason why we have named our restaurant “The sunflowers” ( I Girasoli): a jovial and bright area unmistakably tied to Umbria’s life style and values.
